This is a great quote.
But consider this: sometimes obstacles can be exactly what we need. Who says they have to be negative?
They make us stop and think, they test our strength and determination to go on, and they stretch us (if they’re big enough) waaay out of our comfort zones.
So when you do face obstacles in life – and you will – you, me, Donald Trump… and the rest of the world, be grateful for the opportunity to learn something about yourself. Your challenge is to fulfill your life ambition whilst being a damn good citizen along the way. Someone who people will remember for all the right reasons.
Who wants an easy ride anyway?
Think carefully about where you REALLY want to be , and keep looking for the right path, even if you do end up taking a few twists and turns as you go through life.
And get ready for what could – and should be, a very bumpy ride on the journey to find your very own spotlight – whatever that is for you.
It’s worth it, and you CAN handle it.
The path with NO obstacles is unlikely to be the one for you.
