When you are happy, you live a better life. You attract more friends, have stronger relationships, have more fun – and do a better job at work. Whatever your work is.

So here’s an example of the most common situations I’m asked for help with:

  • I want to be successful  but I don’t know where to start!
  • Stress and pressure goes with my job-but I want to be able to handle it better so it doesn’t take over my life
  • Why am I so disorganised? I just don’t have the time to do anything!!
  • I know I am capable of achieving so much more-but I have always lacked confidence
  • I feel like I’m ‘stuck in a rut’ and want to get out of it
  • My ambition is to ……. (complete the blank) – but I can’t see how that will ever happen
