Move over virus, I’m coming back.

Well, here in the UK we’ve had promising signs that we can *slowly* get back to something resembling normal life after having that virus hanging around for far too long. The announcement of ‘coming out of Covid lockdown’ dates has just been announced.

Hallelujah to that.

It’s been a long time hasn’t it? and – dare I say it – we may now be different people compared to a year ago. But coming out of lockdown will bring with it some anxiety.

So the big question is, are YOU ready?

Are you ready to (physically) face the world again?

Are you raring to go?

Are you confident about taking back your life?

Are you prepared to get out of your new (over the past year) comfort zone?

All of these things, my friends, are questions worth asking yourself. Covid has taken far too much from us, and it’s time we took back what is rightfully ours:


Yes it will take caution, and yes we’ll need our inner strength at full blast, but we still have time to get ourselves ready. Think about what YOU can do now to prepare yourself; physically, mentally and emotionally.

Because when we get the all clear to come out of lockdown, my message to the virus is this:

move over, you’ve had your time. I’m coming back.
